Fantastic location for exploring Princeton. The place is immaculate with clean rooms and friendly staff. It's a quiet spot close to stores and a clean pool. Conveniently located next to Carnegie Lake and a beautiful pedestrian and bicycle path lined with stunning architecture. The breakfast offered waffles, fried eggs, and bacon.

The breakfast staff was friendly and the housekeeping staff was nice. The coffee was amazing. The fitness room was small but cozy. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Complimentary bottled water was provided.
Felt at home, nothing was too much trouble.

The Assistant General Manager, Brandon Fultz, made our stay! Extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant.

The location was ideal and exceptionally nice, very close to Carnegie Lake, pedestrian and bicycle path, and Princeton in Plainsboro. Liked our room that was well kept, clean, and available with a bedroom, 2 queen beds, plus a bathtub.

The hotel is conveniently located near the event we were attending in the Princeton area, making it a convenient choice for us. Additionally, there is a beautiful walking trail just a few streets away, allowing us to enjoy the scenic surroundings during our stay.
The customer service at the hotel was lacking, with the front desk staff not offering any assistance with our luggage upon check-in.

We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite, which was an unexpected luxury. The kitchen was great, and definitely more than a kitchenette. The bathroom was great and the beds incredibly comfy. at breakfast we were spoiled for choice.
the fact that we didn't have enough time to enjoy the room enough, we had to leave for the airport early on the morning.

Nothing
First, I booked a queen suite that I was told had 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. I get to the room with my family of 5, close to midnight, and we arrive in a room with 1 king bed and a sleeper sofa. I call to the desk to complain and I am told that my booking website, Booked.net, "upgraded" me. I tell them that I don't consider going from 3 beds to 2, an upgrade. They tell me to take it up with my booking website and there is nothing they can do as they are sold out. Then, after having a difficult night sleeping in an uncomfortable bed, we go down to have breakfast. The eggs looked like they were cooked in a brownie pan and served in chunks, worst tasting eggs ever. The potatoes weren't home fries, they were tater tots. The juices offered weren't chilled, they were room temperature. This was without a doubt the worst stay that I have ever encountered the a Hilton brand hotel, which are the ONLY hotels that I ever stay at. In fact I will drive out of my way to get the usual hospitality of a Hilton brand hotel, but I will never stay at this Homewood Suites ever again. The service was appalling, especially from a hotel that is so close to Princeton University.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, Walmart, and a shopping center. It is also near the event we were attending in Princeton. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, addressing any issues promptly. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and we enjoyed the evening beer and wine. The high-tech features, like mobile check-in and room access, were convenient.
The indoor pool was crowded during our stay, making it difficult to find a spot to enjoy.

Despite booking a non-smoking room, I was given a smoking room. Furthermore, I was told the only available non-smoking rooms would have required a paid upgrade.

Laura at the front desk was so helpful, friendly, and spectacular.
The hotel is somewhat far from the city, but has a free shuttle.

The hotel's convenient location near Wegmans and Trader Joe's makes it great for food shopping. It's also easy to get into Princeton from here. The facilities, including the pool and kitchen, are excellent. As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the comfortable size of the suites.
Felt really welcomed, no complaint.

Peaceful location close to parks! The staff was super professional and helpful. And can we take a moment to appreciate how clean the pool was? 🏊♂️
